This recipe is healthful and straightforward to prepare. A new family favorite will be broiled grouper parmesan. The grouper fillets are coated in a light breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese mixture and then broiled to perfection. Serve with a side of pasta, and you have a complete meal.

The key to this dish is to use fresh grouper fillets. If you can’t find new, you can use frozen, but make sure to thaw them thoroughly before cooking. I like to use whole wheat breadcrumbs for extra nutrition, but you can use regular breadcrumbs if you prefer. Although you can try various cheeses, the Parmesan cheese offers a great taste. This dish is also great with a side of steamed veggies or a salad for a complete meal. Enjoy!
